The main goal of the Biennale is to create an event that will bring maximum exposure and a common platform to the participating artist and students, promote the contemporary jewelry field, and make it accessible to the general public.

Eliana Negroni is the founder and curator of the Gioielli in Fermento project (2011-2022). She is also the Chair of AGC's board, the Italian Association for Contemporary Jewelry. She is a designer and maker based in Italy, graduated from Milan State University in 1990, and has been working and researching metalworking, toolmaking, and jewelry design since 1997. She is the director of the Archivio Negroni, a contemporary craft hub in Milan that originated from her family's heritage jewelry toolmaking firm and archive.

Justyna Teodorczyk, PhD – art curator, educator, culture animator, and author of texts about contemporary art. Since 2019 director and former employee of the Gallery of Art in Legnica (Poland) – an institution which for over 40 years has been organizing the Legnica Jewellery Festival SILVER – one of the oldest and most important reviews of unique author’s jewelry in Europe. Curator of many goldsmith exhibitions organized in the frame of the Festival. She initiated a project that resulted in the creation of the website Biżuteria Artystyczna w Polsce (Artistic Jewellery in Poland). Obtained a Master’s degree in cultural studies (2003) and a PhD in humanities in the field of culture studies (2012) at Wroclaw University, Poland. Apart from goldsmithing, she is involved in contemporary art exhibitions by Polish artists and educational projects. Researcher and author of studies on rock music and culture.

Sally Rui Li is the founder and director of the BR Gallery in Beijing, China, the only gallery in the country dedicated to contemporary metal and jewelry art. As a pioneer in this field, she has been exploring the commercial development of Chinese contemporary metal and jewelry both domestically and  internationally, showcasing Chinese artists' work on the global stage. 
Sally is often invited to give lectures both in China and the UK. In 2024, she delivered talks at institutions such as the Royal College of Art,  Goldsmiths' Company, and Sheffield Hallam University in the UK, as well as at universities in China. 
She is recognized as one of the most important collectors of contemporary metal and jewelry art in China.

Her collection is frequently featured in academic exhibitions. 
Sally's mission is to select museum-quality works while supporting emerging artists. Although her background is not originally in this field, her passion and determination continue to drive her forward in exploring and expanding this area of expertise.

Rebecca de Quin is a silversmith and fine metal artist with 28 years experience of practice.
She has taught in many UK universities and is currently a tutor in the Jewellery and Metal program at the Royal College of Art, London.
Rebecca has exhibited widely in the UK and abroad and is well-represented in public and private UK collections.
She acquired her current London studio in 2002 in order to extend her practice and to provide affordable workspace opportunities for other silversmiths, jewelers, and artists. She is a founder member of Contemporary British
